Together with my colleagues in our Bird & Bird offices I advise both private equity and industrial clients across multiple industry sectors on M&A transactions. During recent years I have particularly worked in the tech & comms and healthcare sectors. I have experience acting for clients on transactions at the Nordic level and internationally, with my role as counsel often including coordinating teams across multiple jurisdictions.
