Bird & Bird in association with the European Union Chamber of Commerce and the American Chamber of Commerce in China has the pleasure of inviting you to this year's “China Automotive” events.
Building on the success of the previous four years, this year’s “China Automotive” events will comprise:
- The China Automotive conference in Shanghai on 26 November 2019
- A Workshop for automotive suppliers in Shanghai on 25 November 2019
This year's China Automotive conference will discuss in particular the following topics:
- Latest developments and trends regarding e-mobility in China
- Liability risks in connected cars
- Competition law risks of technology cooperation with other industry players
- Market access regulations for automotive companies
The speakers are leading automotive sector experts and include both industry representatives and members of Bird & Bird offices in China and Europe.
The Workshop for automotive suppliers will focus on contract law issues in the automotive supply chain in China, in particular general purchasing terms of OEMs. This event is a re-run of a very well received workshop that we held two years ago.
Both events are aimed in particular at legal experts and business representatives from foreign and domestic automotive and technology companies, in particular in-house counsel of OEMs, suppliers, distributors, technology providers and insurance companies.
