Moot Court on German Employment law

We are pleased to invite you to an interactive moot court on the topic of German employment law, organised in cooperation with Goodman Masson, on 26 March.

 

We will present four different cases:

  1. Federal Labour Court Judgment dated 9 July 2024 – Ref. 9 AZR 296/20 on the age-dependent reduction in working hours for part-time employees
  2. Federal Labour Court Judgment dated 5 December 2024 - Ref. 8 AZR 370/20 on overtime pay for part-time employees from the first hour
  3. Labour Court of Hamburg, Court order dated 16 January 2024 - 24 BVGa 1/24 on no co-determination right of the works council in the use of ChatGPT via external accounts
  4. Federal Labour Court Judgment dated 16 April 2024 - Ref. 9 AZR 165/23 on the reduction of leave during parental leave upon notification

Afterwards, the cases will be discussed with you and other HR decision-makers in an interactive moot court.
