In the first seminar in the series ‘What can we learn from recent enforcement’, we discussed the latest EU and UK DP enforcement trends and provided an introduction to the “Big 5” of new EU data regulations.
This session is a follow up to this and, taking into account data protection enforcement trends and the increasing number of privacy laws globally, visiting experts from our European offices will share how best to structure your global privacy compliance function. In addition, they will take a deeper dive into the new EU regulations on digital services and markets, as well as AI and data and provide tips on how to prepare for them.
