To prompt or not to be prompted – getting your head around Generative AI legal issues
As this side of the world sets its eyes on the latest set of Generative AI rules issued by the Cyberspace Administration of China, many are still making sense of the regulatory trends in the region. When every organisation is faced with a similar challenge – how should one balance between effective adoption and managing practical risks – we offer our insights on these ever-evolving developments.
On Thursday 3 August, we are hosting an in-person seminar at our Hong Kong office to look at the legal and governance issues surrounding the use of Generative AI. We will focus on:
