Tech Arbitration: where do we stand?

The disputes that arise in projects in the information and communications technology sector have a series of particularities that must be taken into account when choosing the most suitable method for their resolution. The speakers will analyse and debate with the participants to what extent and under what conditions arbitration can be a valid alternative to be considered by the parties when negotiating their technology contracts and/or when a conflict arises.

Furthermore, the incipient use of new technologies in the arbitration process poses new opportunities and challenges, the rapid evolution of which raises a number of questions.
