The Protocol on Remote Hearings of the EUTM Court No. 1 of Spain: A new step forward towards a more userfriendly European trade mark enforcement system

The aim of introducing remote hearings is to reduce costs and increase the efficiency of the EUTM enforcement regime. A new protocol has been adopted by the Commercial Court No. 1 of Alicante regarding these remote hearings, setting out requirements to ensure they are legitimately held.
