Bird & Bird Sweden advises Dentsu Aegis on the acquisition of Outfox Intelligence

A cross-practice Bird & Bird team recently advised Dentsu Aegis Network Nordic AB on its acquisition of a majority interest in Outfox Intelligence AB, a consultancy company specialising in digital analytics and conversion optimisation. Outfox is a certified partner to Google and Optimizely, one of the world's largest retailers of the data analysis tool Google Analytics 360. This was a key deal for our client which allows it to broaden its presence in the digital marketing sector.

The Bird & Bird team was led by partners Jan Berg (Corporate M&A) and Henrik Bergström (Media) who were assisted by associates Anna Gustafsson (Corporate M&A), Isabella Palmgren and Angelica Lundqvist (Commercial) and Jesper Laudon-Meyer (Employment).

Henrik Bergström, Partner, Bird & Bird says: "We are very proud to have represented Dentsu Aegis in the acquisition of Outfox. This is a very good example of how we at Bird & Bird combine our extensive business knowledge in the media and technology sector with our wide-ranging expertise in transactions".

Mattias Behrer, CEO Dentsu Aegis Network Sweden says: "We’ve enjoyed being in the safe hands of the team at Bird & Bird throughout this transaction. With a strong understanding for Dentsu Aegis and the industry in general, Bird & Bird guided us through the legalities of negotiating an important and in many ways complex agreement like this."
