International law firm Bird & Bird is participating in JuriAI Ring, a collaboration between Logol AG and academic institutions and law firms. The group is the first global non-profit research initiative dedicated to AI applications in the legal sector.
Logol, a pioneering Swiss technology company specialising in cloud computing and AI in the business world, is launching the initiative with five law firms, selected for their leadership in legal innovation. The group is comprised of Advant Beiten, Bird & Bird, Dentons, Kellerhals Carrard and MLL Legal.
The scientific contributors are the Center for Legal Data Science of the University of Zurich and Sant’Anna School of Advanced Studies (DIRPOLIS Institute).
The first project under this initiative, JuriAIIndex, will establish the world’s first AI benchmark to assess the effectiveness of AI models in different legal domains, setting a new standard for AI-driven legal innovation.
