Bird & Bird advised Lehto Group Plc in connection with its EUR 20 million rights issue
Bird & Bird acted as a legal counsel for the public listed company Lehto Group Plc ("Lehto") in connection with its oversubscribed EUR 20 million rights issue. The terms and conditions of the offering were published on November 18, 2020 and the final result on December 16, 2020.
