Bird & Bird LLP advised Rackspace Technology (NASDAQ: RXT), a leading end-to-end multicloud technology service provider on the acquisition of Bright Skies GmbH.
Bright Skies is a leading service provider for cloud transformation in Germany with a focus on data centre modernisation, cloud managed services, modern work, data and artificial intelligence. The acquisition will add nearly 500 customers of all sizes and industries (particularly financial services/insurance, media & professional services) to Rackspace Technology's portfolio, more than double the number of employees in the Multicloud Professional Services division in Germany and expand its EMEA presence. The parties have agreed not to disclose the terms of the transaction.
