The Bird & Bird Finance & Financial Regulation and Corporate teams advised Kreos Capital on debt facilities for the Branded E-Commerce Group (Branded).
Branded is a global digital consumer products platform which has built a portfolio of high-potential brands, including some of the largest FBA (‘Fulfilled by Amazon’) sellers on Amazon. The debt was provided as part of an overall fund raising of US$150m, led by Target Global, and on closing Branded acquired 20 of the best-selling marketplace brands.
