Bird & Bird advises Kinexon on USD 130m financing round

Bird & Bird has advised Kinexon, provider of the world's most advanced full-stack solution for real-time connectivity, intelligence and automation, on its USD 130 million Series A financing round.

In addition to lead investor Thomas H. Lee Partners, L.P. (THL), BMW i Ventures, Inc. and Telekom Innovation Pool (TIP), the strategic investment fund of Deutsche Telekom AG, participated.

The funding will enable KINEXON to accelerate international expansion and scaling of its operating system for networked and automated processes.
