International law firm Bird & Bird expands its Tech & Comms sector group with the appointment of Ján Kuklinca and his team in Prague.
With nearly 15 years of experience in information technology and data protection law, Ján joins the firm from Deloitte Legal. He primarily advises on transformation projects as well as digitalisation, data management and processing matters and has extensive experience in negotiating and implementing complex technology solutions, cloud computing, cybersecurity and digital market regulatory issues. Ján also supports clients on intellectual property, e-commerce and consumer protection law related matters.
Joining with Ján is Counsel Lukáš Holub who specialises in IP and IT law, software contracts, brand protection, media and entertainment law, and e-commerce issues. He also has experience with M&A transactions and corporate law and is admitted to practice law in the Czech Republic and Florida, USA.
Associate Michaela Čejková specialising in IT law, data protection and intellectual property will also join the firm with Ján and Lukáš.
