International law firm Bird & Bird have advised Social Chain Group Limited (now Media Chain Group Holding Ltd.) on the sale of 100% of their shares in Social Chain Ltd to Brave Bison plc. The deal brings together talented teams and will enhance and augment the offering of Brave Bison.

Social Chain is a Manchester-based social media agency. It has helped to build some of the biggest communities in social media and has grown to be one of the leading social media agencies in the world. Social Chain has a track record of working with global brands such as Amazon, TikTok, Arla and KFC.

Brave Bison owns and manages social media channels, generating advertising revenue and providing digital advertising and technology services for global companies such as Panasonic, New Balance, and Pfizer.
