Bird & Bird’s Warsaw office advised Danone, a French food sector group, on the acquisition of Promedica

The legal support we provided included the completion of a due diligence review, the drafting and negotiating of transaction documents, including the agreement on the purchase of the shares of Promedica sp. z o.o., as well overseeing the closing of the transaction.
