International law firm Bird & Bird has appointed Caroline Bruyant Bonde as a new partner in the Finance & Financial Regulation practice in Copenhagen, effective 1 January 2025. This marks the firm’s continued strategic growth trajectory into the new year.
Caroline is a dual-qualified lawyer in Denmark and England and Wales, with 15 years of international transactional experience in finance, asset management, financial regulation, shipping, and energy in private practice and in-house, based in Copenhagen and London.
Caroline joins from Schjødt, where she was one of the first partners of the firm’s Copenhagen office.
