International law firm Bird & Bird has once again topped the Clean Energy Legal League Table 2024 as the Most Active Law Firm for Clean Energy M&A, marking the seventh year in a row. The firm also ranked in third place for Most Active Law Firm for Clean Energy Project Financing.
Clean Energy Pipeline, a source of news, data and analytics for the renewables finance industry, noted that Bird & Bird advised on 120 clean energy M&A transactions in 2023, capping off another busy and productive year.
