Bird & Bird advises Paladin Capital Group on Zerve investment

International law firm Bird & Bird has advised Paladin Capital as lead investor in the $7.6m investment in Irish data science and AI development platform, Zerve.

Zerve is a startup based in Tipperary, Ireland, and is focused on unlocking the potential of AI and data science through its unique, developer-centric platform. Launched earlier this year, the platform simplifies the building, managing and deployment of data and AI models, reducing cycle times by at least 9 times, ensuring that organisations can build and see the results of their data science efforts faster.

Paladin Capital Group is a multi-stage global investor that supports and grows the world’s most innovative cyber companies through venture investment, expansion and growth capital.  Paladin is a leader in investing in technologies, products and services focused on dual use in both commercial and governmental markets with a strong value-add culture.

Bird & Bird team was led by partner Brendan O’Brien (Corporate, Ireland) and supported by associates, Nadine McMahon and Daniel Faulkner (Corporate, Ireland).
