International law firm Bird & Bird today appoints finance experts Federico Del Monte and Corrado Fiscale as partners, based in its Milan office, bolstering the firm?s strategic growth in Italy. Federico and Corrado will join Bird & Bird along with a team of five associates (Pietro Castoldi, Diego Del Principe, Pietro Grieco, Anita Lucchini and Federico Mariani).
Federico and Corrado, who have been working together for more than 25 years, have extensive experience in banking and finance transactions and are renowned for their expertise in structured finance. They have a strong reputation for pioneering complex and innovative financing transactions and exploring new structures and asset classes. They advise clients operating in a wide range of industries, particularly within the financial services and consumer sectors, and they are both consistently ranked as leading experts in directories such as Chambers and Partners and The Legal 500.
The arrival of Federico and Corrado is a key part of the firm’s strategic ambitions to expand both its Italian and international Finance & Financial Regulation practice.
