Hot on the heels of its Gold Trophy win for Patents at the Trophées du Droit ceremony last month, Bird & Bird's French IP team continued their winning streak last night by taking home the award for 'Trade Mark Contentious Firm of the Year' for France at the Managing Intellectual Property Global Awards in London.

The awards follow the publication of MIP magazine's well-established survey of leading patent, trade mark, and copyright firms. As part of the selection process, MIP's researchers sought recommendations of firms that have had an outstanding year in any aspect of IP work.
