About Me

I am a partner in the Corporate team and am based in our London office. I advise clients on a range of corporate transactions with a particular focus on Venture Capital and Mergers & Acquisitions, predominantly involving technology companies.

As part of our market leading Venture Capital team, I advise high growth companies at all stages of their lifecycles, from incorporation to exit, on equity financing rounds and other corporate matters. Similarly, on the investor side, I act for a range of early and late/growth stage VC funds, corporates and other institutional investors on their financial and strategic investments into high growth companies.

I am also highly experienced in M&A transactions and my work in this area includes strategic acquisitions and disposals of technology businesses as well as "exits" of venture capital backed technology companies.

I work closely with our experts in other practice areas including employment, employee incentives, data privacy, tax, intellectual property, finance, commercial and regulatory, to provide our clients with a "one stop shop" for legal advice that is tailored to their stage and sector. As such my practice is complemented by the firm's deep expertise in cutting-edge areas including Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity as well as Health & Life Sciences. This enables us to provide best in class support to innovative companies that are developing new and disruptive products and business models or navigating complex and rapidly developing regulatory environments.

Most of my work is cross border in nature and I regularly work alongside colleagues across our network of international offices to provide our clients with a seamless "one-firm" service.

In addition, I head up the firm's Israel Group. Having previously lived in Tel Aviv, where I worked for one of Israel's largest law firms, I have a strong interest in Israel's renowned tech ecosystem, and I have excellent experience in advising Israeli companies looking to expand abroad as well as working with multi-national corporates on their business activities in Israel.

We're a leading international law firm for businesses creating changes in technology and the digital world. Our "one firm" approach together with our deep and unrivalled expertise in advising clients across a range of tech-driven, IP rich industry sectors makes us the international legal advisor of choice for many Israeli clients.
