About Me
I am an associate in Bird & Bird's International HR Services department in the Madrid office.
I started my career as a labour lawyer at Abdón Pedrajas Littler in 2017, after completing the Master's Degree in Access to the Legal Profession at the Complutense University of Madrid. I was able to work closely with the managing partner of the labour-law department, providing legal advice to our clients in the resolution of labour disputes and representing them in Labour Courts when necessary.The department in which I worked during all those years was especially proceduralist. I provided legal assistance to the firm's clients in different legal proceedings, both in the initial phase and in the appeal or enforcement phase. That is why I have specific procedural knowledge and skills.
I believe that communication and empathy are particularly essential skills to operate in the labour-law jurisdiction, but also to provide the best possible service to clients seeking advice tailored to their needs and requirements.
At Abdón Pedrajas Littler I was able to collaborate with companies from different sectors, including large companies in hospitality, insurance and retail sectors.
Finally, I joined Bird & Bird in July 2022 to be part of the Employment team, where, since then and to this day, I have been working on all types of legal advice, contract terminations, dismissals, substantial modifications, geographical mobilities, family reconciliation procedures, fundamental rights, due diligence processes and, of course, dispute resolutions in Courts.
