I am an associate in Bird & Bird´s Regulatory & Administrative department in the Madrid office.

I give advice on regulatory matters, mainly in the technology, telecommunications, gambling and media sectors.

I have experience in advising Spanish and multinational companies in all branches of Public Law, where I have progressively specialised in various sectors of activity, mainly in the technology, telecommunications, gambling and media sectors.

In this field, my main activity focuses on giving advice on regulatory matters for the leading technology and telecommunications companies in complex and disruptive projects.

In addition, I give advice on administrative proceedings, including sanctioning and contentious-administrative proceedings. I also provide recurring advice to both public and private entities in the field of public procurement on infrastructure projects and innovative products and services (medicines, medical devices, software and hardware, etc.) in all its stages (drafting of specifications, tendering, execution, termination and liquidation, as well as challenges before the Administrative Courts for contractual appeals and before national Courts).

I also have experience in Environmental Law, especially in matters related to sustainability, waste production and management, extended producer responsibility and circular economy, as well as in Competition Law and non-profit organisations.

Prior to joining our firm, I developed my career in one of the main international law firms present in Spain as well as in a local law firm.
