I am an associate in the Media, Entertainment and Sports group, based in our London office and specialising in commercial and media regulatory work.
I support clients from across the media, sports and entertainment industries who are looking to monetise content or rights – whether by way of advertising, sponsorship, media agency appointments or content licensing and distribution deals. I have particular experience working with media owners and publishers on the deployment of adtech and related technologies, helping OTT platforms and other parts of the media ecosystem navigate the regulatory frameworks overseen by Ofcom and the ASA, supporting rights holders and broadcast partners on media distribution deals, and advising content owners on complex licensing deals with AI platforms.
