Beyond my work in insurance, I also specialize in product liability regulations and complex damages litigation with a particular focus in advising pharmaceutical and medical device companies on compliance with their regulatory obligations. I have also previously worked on mass claims related to antitrust litigation.

• I have over five years' experience in both insurance regulatory matters as well as insurance litigation, mainly involving industrial risks and professional liability claims (lawyers, architects) and have provided advice to insurance companies on the interpretation of coverage several types of policies, such as D&O, civil liability and damages policies.
• I am also specialized in product liability regulations and complex litigation. I have provided advice to pharmaceutical and medical devices companies (i.e. product recalls, compliance of pharmacovigilance/vigilance system duties, clinical trials and advertising) and defended manufacturers, importers and distributors of medical devices mainly in claims for damages.
