As an associate in our Intellectual Property team based in Beijing, I specialise in trade mark law and copyright in China, with a clear mission to solve IP issues for our clients worldwide.

Here at Bird & Bird, I advise clients from all over the world on trade mark and copyright prosecution in China. My responsibilities include, but are not limited to, IP portfolio management, trade mark applications, oppositions and invalidation actions, copyright strategy and domain name protection strategy.

Before joining Bird & Bird, I worked in an IP law firm in Beijing. In my last job, our team successfully assisted Oracle International Incorporation in obtaining the official well-known recognition for their house mark "Oracle" on computer software relevant services.

• In 2018, we obtained favourable opposition / invalidation decisions based on prior name rights. These actions were not filed in the name of the right owners but filed in the name of the related companies with the Authorization granted by the right owners.
