Charlotte Peacock

I am a Senior Associate in our London Intellectual Property team and specialise in advising in all aspects of brand management.

I advise brand owners on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious matters. I provide strategic advice for existing, expanding and new brands.

My experience includes advising on trade mark clearance and filing strategy, and representing clients in trade mark prosecution, opposition and cancellation proceedings before the UK and EU Intellectual Property Offices.

Commercial work formed part of my training, and I have experience negotiating and drafting commercial agreements, including licence agreements, assignment agreements and co-existence agreements.

I act for a range of clients, from start-ups to global companies, across a variety of sectors, including Fashion and Luxury, Consumer, Hospitality, Education, Media & Entertainment and Technology and Financial Services.
