About Me

I am a counsel in Bird & Bird's Intellectual Property department in the Madrid office.

With more than 14 years of experience, I provide strategic and client-oriented advice in relation to the management and enforcement of intellectual property rights and new technologies, focusing on the life science, telecommunications & media, fashion and e-commerce industries.

My work includes representing clients in patent, trade secrets, trademarks and copyright litigation before the Spanish courts. I have also a vast experience in drafting and negotiating contracts involving IP rights and new technologies.

I teach in many universities and private entities such as Universidad Europea de Madrid, AENOR and Universidad Pompeu Fabra (Barcelona).

I am also the author of several articles on Intellectual Property published in specialized publications and co-author of the books "Defensa corporativa y compliance" and "Tecnologías disruptivas" both published by Thomson Reuters in 2019.

Prior to joining Bird & Bird in 2023, I was a senior associate at a Spanish law firm.
