With a passion for the complexities of multijurisdictional issues, I specialize in navigating the intricacies of Intellectual Property law. My career has been dedicated to the prosecution, protection, and defense of Intellectual Property rights, including trademarks, patents, and designs, for a diverse range of clients at both national and international levels.

Before joining Bird & Bird, I worked in international firms, gaining a deep understanding of how different jurisdictions operate. I manage global trademark portfolios, advise on filing applications and renewals, and prepare viability reports. Additionally, I support clients' rights by assisting with opposition filings, appeals, actions for nullity and cancellation against third-party trademark applications that pose potential risks, and overcoming office actions.

I thrive on working on complex matters that require swift responses and enjoy the global perspective that comes with international cases, fostering direct relationships with other jurisdictions.
