I am a data associate in our Beijing office. My practice focuses on data privacy, cybersecurity, TMT, as well as antitrust and anti-competition law.

I assist a number of clients from the internet, electronics, aviation, healthcare, finance, insurance, and automotive sectors with cyber security and data compliance issues, including providing data compliance legal advice, conducting due diligence on data processing practices, and assisting clients with data export assessments and cyber security investigations.

Prior to joining Bird & Bird, I worked in a leading PRC law firm.

• I have provided legal services to dozens of domestic and international companies, including:
• Providing PIPL compliance services, including conducting due diligence and carrying out mitigation measures such as covering notice, consent, data protection agreement, internal governance policies, etc.
• Assisting the client with the application of data export security assessment, conducting personal information protection impact assessment as well as providing guidance on signing the Chinese SCCs.
• Providing Chinese DPO service.
• Advising on legal issues with respect to data protection, cyber security, TMT, antitrust and anti-competition law.
