I'm an associate in Bird & Bird's Finance & Financial Regulation department in the Madrid office.
I specialise in banking law and advise on a variety of banking, finance, and aviation matters.
Since joining Bird & Bird as a junior associate in 2017, I have participated in a wide range of banking, finance, refinancing and insolvency transactions. I regularly advise a broad range of clients including banks, investment funds and other financial institutions, as well as corporations.
As a member of this team, I have been involved in both domestic and cross-border transactions, acting on behalf of lenders, borrowers and issuers.
I also have experience in regulatory matters relating to the complex operations of the financial markets. In particular, my team and I advise on European and Spanish legal and regulatory issues related to the banking sector, payments, collective investment schemes, AML requirements, and the insurance sector.
I have advised on a variety of issues and transactions relating to the aviation industry, including aircraft financing, purchases, operating agreements, and other related contracts and regulatory matters.
Prior to joining Bird & Bird, I started my legal career as a trainee at a well-known international firm, where I also had the opportunity to work on corporate matters.
