I am an associate in the Corporate Commercial Group of our Hong Kong office, with a broad range of practice in corporate finance transactions and commercial matters.

I have advised clients on initial public offerings, private and public M&As, equity financing such as rights issues and placings, corporate restructurings, regulatory compliance related to Hong Kong Listing Rules and Takeovers Code, as well as other general corporate matters. I also have extensive experience handling China-related matters, including foreign investment in PRC enterprises and the establishment of PRC joint ventures.

I am fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
