I am an associate in our Intellectual Property team in China. I provide advice on both contentious and non-contentious IP matters.

I specialise in advising clients on trade mark and copyright prosecution matters in China, including providing advice on IP portfolio management, devising trade mark and copyright filing strategies, conducting trade mark searches, handling non-contentious proceedings such as trade mark renewals, assignments, oppositions and invalidation actions. I have extensive experience in representing clients from a range of different industries including fashion, entertainment, cosmetics, healthcare products, education and healthcare services. I also advise clients on IP enforcement matters and contentious proceedings.

Before joining Bird & Bird, I worked for a boutique IP law firm in Beijing, representing clients in a number of different sectors including the luxury brands, fashion and automobile industries.
