About Me

I am a senior associate in the Dispute Resolution team in Sydney.

I provide succinct, solutions orientated advice to help our clients solve complex problems, mitigate future risks and develop strategies to simplify their decision-making process.

I am experienced in advising our international and domestic clients when navigating tricky situations, including crisis management in the event of cybersecurity incidents, responding to regulatory investigations, litigation strategy to mitigate exposure to commercial disputes and protection of confidential information.

My practice involves assisting out clients throughout all phases of dispute resolution, including in relation to: pre-litigation advice, commercial negotiations, mediation, international arbitration and litigation (including class actions).

I am also experienced in assisting our clients who operate in highly regulated industries, including in relation to compliance with Australia's sanctions regime, the ASX Listing Rules, schemes of arrangements and responding to ASIC and OAIC investigations.

I have a particular interest in issues involving the Retail & Consumer, Technology and Communications and Financial Services sectors. For more information and to stay up-to-date in developments in these areas, you can check out my recent publications below.
