Julia Fröhder

I am an associate in our Frankfurt Finance & Financial Regulation team. I advise national and international clients on all aspects of banking and finance law.

My focus is on cross-border financings, in particular acquisition, corporate and project financings and the related security packages.

I also advise banks, payment service providers and other financial institutions on the development and implementation of new business models and technologies such as blockchain technology (DLT).

After my law studies, I worked as a research assistant at the Chair of Private and Commercial Law at the University of Frankfurt and at a Magic Circle law firm in Frankfurt for several years. During my legal clerkship at the Frankfurt Regional Court, I worked at various courts, a professional self-governing organisation and in the corporate / M&A practice of a Magic Circle law firm.
