International Law firm Bird & Bird has advised Decathlon Pulse, a global investment team and part of the Decathlon Group, on a series D financing round in Rebike Mobility GmbH (Rebike) along with the existing Rebike shareholders Circularity Capital, Tengelmann Ventures, Parkshore and Vorwerk Ventures.

Decathlon Pulse’s minority stake in Rebike is designed to strengthen the strategic efforts of both companies, accelerate the growth of sustainable business models and helps position them as pioneers of the circular economy in the growing e-bike market.
Rebike Mobility, a start-up in the field of refurbishment and sale of used e-bikes, was founded in 2018 by Thomas Bernik and Sven Erger and is based in Munich. The company's goal is to become the most popular and successful cross-brand platform for premium e-bikes and to convince customers with attractive subscription and rental offers.
