Julieta Bermúdez de la Puente

I am a senior associate in Bird & Bird's Corporate/Private Equity department in the Madrid office.

My practice is currently focused on advising national and international clients in all types of M&A transactions, investments and divestments (LBOs, MBOs, MBIs, BIMBOs, joint ventures, share deals and asset deals). I also participate on due diligence procedures, both national and multi-jurisdictional transactions, concerning companies active in different sectors and industries.

Before joining our firm in October 2021, I worked in a domestic law firm in which I started my career and in another international law firm. During this time I had the opportunity to participle in important international transactions.

I am used to working in an international atmosphere, being fluent in English and French, in addition to my native Spanish.
