I do complex technology and outsourcing projects and have been involved in some of Denmark's most innovative and critical technology driven infrastructure projects.

I have 25 years' experience advising technology companies, as well as buyers of mission-critical information technology services in the process from scoping of the procurement, the regulatory and public procurement requirements impacting the project, structuring of processes and contracts, as well as early conflict management and dispute resolution.

I have had the privilege of assisting a number of Denmark's most successful technology companies, including Milestone Systems, Zyb and Podio in their formation, growth, and exit.

With vast experience of working on cross-border projects and in collaboration with other global law firms, I regularly act as Danish counsel to a large number of international technology companies, advising on their Danish contracts and acquisitions.

• Counsel to DFDS in their structured procurement of cloud-based ERP programme for end-to-end applications and services.
• Counsel to Epic Systems Corporation in their contracts with the Eastern regions of Denmark for the implementation of digital medical records.
• Counsel to leading pension fund PFA in their infrastructure and AD/AM outsourcing to NNIT.
• Counsel to AP Møller Maersk in their business process outsourcings relating to facility services at various premises.
• Counsel to Rejsekort A/S (nationwide contactless travel card) in their contracts with Thales SA.

• Counsel to Milestone Systems in their arbitration, Danish and UK court cases to undo a number of US partnerships.
