Bird & Bird retains top ranking in the 2020 Who's Who Legal's analysis of Data

Bird & Bird has retained the top ranking in Who's Who Legal's annual analysis of Data recognising the leading lawyers in the areas of data privacy and protection, data security, information technology and telecoms and media.

The 2020 edition lists over 1200 prominent practitioners who are identified for their work in Data. The annual analysis of the leading lawyers focusing on Information Technology, Telecoms, Privacy, and Data Security resulted in 28 of our lawyers being named as leaders in the field and Bird & Bird having more individuals listed in the categories of Telecoms & Media and information Technology than any other firm.

Our cross-border strength was highlighted with lawyers from our offices in Australia, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, the Netherlands, UK and the USA recommended in the latest guide.

Stand-out names included from our London office Graham Smith a "leading lawyer with extensive know-how in the data field" and Graeme Maguire who is “sought after for his extensive experience in technology and telecoms”.
