León Vidaller

I am an associate in Bird & Bird's International HR Services department in the Madrid office.

I am a lawyer specialised in Employment and Social Security Law and a member of the Madrid Bar Association since 2021.

Throughout my professional career I have had the opportunity to advise on all types of consultations related to employment law, both for national and international companies, providing support in close collaboration with their human resources departments.

Particularly, I have participated in different aspects of collective bargaining as an external advisor to the employer's side, including collective bargaining agreement negotiations, restructuring cases, substantial modifications, as well as any other type of collective conflict. In these, I have stood out for introducing new ideas and analysing the legal-labour trends that may be applicable in order to favour the achievement of agreements between the parties and defend the interests of the Company.

I have also represented clients in all types of proceedings before the courts both in the social and administrative jurisdiction.

Another of my functions has been the issuance of legal opinions on complex issues of high business importance. In these years my ability to generate trust and to solve problems by proposing alternative solutions through these reports has been valued.
