About Me

As certified lawyer and Senior Counsel in our Commercial, Intellectual Property and Dispute Resolution Practice Groups, and our Technology & Communications, Automotive and Media, Entertainment & Sport and Sector Groups located in Düsseldorf, I advise domestic and international clients in contentious and non-contentious IT, and commercial matters, - such as in complex tech transactions, data driven and cloud related projects - while specializing on convergence topics and disruptive technologies such as artificial intelligence.

I support cents with the development, deployment, and procurement of technology and have particular experience and detailed practical knowledge in contract law matters which are at the intersection between copyright, data, trade secrets, and e-commerce regulation in B2B and B2C scenarios. I have coordinated large and complex multi-jurisdictional projects and transactions involving cross-practice group teams, including commercial roll-outs and due diligence across various international markets.

Furthermore, I advise hardware manufacturers, importers and dealers in copyright levy litigations before all German civil courts, including the German Copyright Arbitration Board, the German Supreme Court and German Constitutional Court.
