About Me
As Counsel in our Commercial and Intellectual Property Practice Groups, and our Media, Entertainment & Sport and Technology & Communications Sector Groups in Düsseldorf, I advise domestic and international clients in contentious and non-contentious IT, media and commercial matters, with detailed practical knowledge and experience in copyright topics.
I advise hardware manufacturers, importers and dealers in copyright levy litigations before all German civil courts, including the German Copyright Arbitration Board, the German Supreme Court and German Constitutional Court.In addition, I advise both providers and customers on IT and content projects, contracts and convergence topics, and also specialise in licensing issues, especially in mobile/ecommerce, software and digital media.
In recent years, I have coordinated large and complex multi-jurisdictional projects and transactions involving cross-practice group teams, including commercial roll-outs and due diligence across various international markets.
