As an associate in our International HR Services Group in Düsseldorf, I advise our domestic and international clients on all aspects of individual and collective employment law.

I support our clients in various matters regarding general employment law, e.g. drafting of employment contracts and the dismissal of employees. In addition, I advise management board members, managing directors and supervisory board members on the conclusion, extension and termination of their service contracts. I also advise our clients on collective employment law, such as corporate and operational co-determination.

Before joining Bird & Bird, I gained experience as a research assistant in the employment law department of a major German car manufacturer. I have completed my legal training in Osnabrück, during which I gathered further experience by working at the Federal Cartel Office in Bonn and an international law firm in Düsseldorf.
