I provide expert advice on environmental issues, both from an administrative and criminal point of view. I'm particularly skilled in providing legal support to obtain environmental permits.
I have gained over twenty years of experience within leading Italian and international law firms, providing extrajudicial advice and assistance in favour of public administrations and leading national and multinational companies. I am used to Italian administrative, civil and criminal courts, although I prefer to solve disputes before starting the trial.
I also work on corporate responsibility matters, with a focus on ESG and environmental and occupational health and safety aspects, as well as delegation of functions.
I have been and still am a member of the board of directors and a member of the supervisory body in companies.
I graduated in Law at the University of Padua with a thesis on public economic law. I specialised in environmental law by attending a Master's degree at Ca' Foscari University in Venice and a Master's degree at CEIDA in Rome. I then completed a postgraduate course in energy law at the LUISS School of Law in Rome, with a thesis on the new competences of A.R.E.R.A..
I have contributed to several books and articles on environmental law and issues, including 'Environmental Law Treaty', second and third volume, Paolo Dell'Anno and Eugenio Picozza, Padova, 2013, 2015.
