Rebecca Clarke

I am an associate in our Commercial Group in London, where I advise UK and international clients on a range of commercial issues.

I advise on a range of commercial contracts, with a particular focus on technology, retail, and consumer-facing industries. My experience includes a wide range of IT contracts, including software licensing, managed services and outsourcing, supply of goods and services agreements, franchising and distribution agreements, and advising on advertising and consumer law issues. I have particular interests in retail technology and influencer marketing.

My experience includes working with luxury and high street retail businesses. While training with Bird & Bird I spent six months on secondment with an international high street retailer and worked at a British luxury fashion brand for several years before joining the firm.

I began my training with the firm in 2016 and qualified in 2018. I have co-authored a Lexis Nexis Practice Note on the Geoblocking Regulation (EU) 2018/302.
