I am a senior patent attorney in our Intellectual Property group in Hong Kong.
I advise foreign and local clients on patent rights, portfolio management, global patent strategy and other patenting matters. I have extensive experience in patent drafting, prosecution and invalidation, as well as SEP patent analysis and infringement litigations. My areas of expertise include electronics, telecommunications, software and information technology.
