I am a partner and Head of our Italian Regulatory and Administrative (Public Law) department. Working across several industry sectors being changed by the digital world, I provide expert advice on complex regulatory, antitrust and public procurement issues.
Focusing on EU and Italian administrative regulation, with a strong emphasis on dispute resolution before administrative courts and regulatory authorities, I also have considerable experience in tackling competition law issues involving regulated markets, as well as in export controls, trade and customs.
Drawing on my understanding of regulatory and antitrust issues and expertise in public procurement, I advise leading international companies in Infrastructure and Concessions, Energy, Electronic Communications, Life Sciences, Aviation and State Aid.
I have contributed to several books and articles on administrative regulation, public procurement and EC organisation, including 'Public Procurement in the Utilities Sector', M. Clarich (ed) and 'Commentary to the Italian Public Procurement Code', Turin, 2019. I am admitted to practice before the Superior Courts.
Before joining our firm, I worked at an Italian law firm where I became partner in 2007. I am fluent in both French and English in addition to my native Italian.
