About Me

I am a partner in our Corporate and Project Group in Paris and Casablanca. As an experienced lawyer dealing with a wide range of complex corporate and financial transactions, I specialise in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and energy & infrastructure project structuring in France and Africa, with a particular focus on Morocco.

Over the past 10 years, I have developed deep technical knowledge together with strong and practical expertise in assisting public and private French, Moroccan and foreign groups structuring and negotiating M&A transactions (sales, acquisitions, joint ventures, majority or minority investments and reorganisations), capital market deals (IPOs and issuance of Bonds and Hybrid financial instruments) and energy & infrastructure projects (power plants, PPPs, etc.).

I have a particular focus on our business practice in Africa and I have actively contributed to the creation of our Casablanca office where I have been working over the past five years, advising high profile public and private clients within the Kingdom.

My experience in delivering legal services in a multidisciplinary and multicultural environment, along with an in-depth knowledge of my clients' business sectors, allows me to provide practical, creative and innovative solutions to the problems that you face.

Before joining Bird & Bird, I worked in other leading international law firms in Paris and Casablanca.
