About Me

As a Corporate & Project Partner within our Paris and Casablanca offices, I offer my clients a rare, combined expertise on complex M&A transactions and strategic Projects in France, Morocco and sub-Saharan Africa.

I stand out as a practical and business-oriented lawyer, committed to working in an integrated and collaborative manner with my clients from start to finish, wherever the project may be. For each project and transaction, we provide a tailored multi-disciplinary team of world-leading sector specialists and regional experts who have worked together over many years on a number of large-scale projects and have proven processes to ensure streamlined and efficient delivery of our services.

My corporate practice focuses on private equity transactions, cross-border M&A, and joint ventures involving PE funds and leading listed or non-listed corporates in Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.

My Project practice covers every stage of a project's life cycle, assisting with project structuring, delivery and financing, risk analysis and management, preparation of project documentation and contract negotiation, transaction and project due diligence, equity investments and acquisition and disposal of project interest. I assist a wide range of clients, including sponsors, investment funds, banks, government and other public bodies, and financial institutions on domestic and international projects.

Over the past 15 years, including 10 years in Morocco and OHADA law countries, I have had the opportunity to work in a very wide range of sectors, including oil and gas, mining & minerals, power, renewables, water and waste, automotive and mobility, microfinance, agriculture, as well as PPP/PFI.

More recently, the energy transition and the increasing need for raw materials involved many transactions and projects relating to renewable plants with BESS, power interconnections, mining projects relating to critical minerals (lithium, copper, cobalt, etc.) and the whole value chain for electric vehicles (complex supply chain and battery recycling).

I have also been involved in an increasing number of large industrial projects in North and Sub-Saharan Africa, where we have been assisting clients in the structuring and construction of manufacturing and processing plants relating to cars and batteries, minerals processing, agro-business and FMCG products.
