I am a PRC patent agent based in Hong Kong, focusing on patent and design prosecution matters.

I am a qualified PRC patent agent. I have experience in patent search, patentability analysis, patent assignment and providing invalidation opinions etc. I have knowledge in molecular biology, biochemical engineering and cell biology.

I mainly focus on patent and design prosecution matters and have assisted clients in prosecuting patent applications in many jurisdictions, namely China, Hong Kong, Japan, US, Europe, India and via the PCT system.

Prior to joining Bird & Bird, I worked as a Biotechnology Specialist in a patent law firm in Japan for over 3 years focusing on Japanese patent prosecution relating to biochemistry, pharmaceuticals and medical devices. I have handled cases from diverse technological fields, including some of the world's biggest pharmaceutical companies.
