I am an associate in Bird & Bird's Tax department in the Madrid office.

My professional practice consists of daily advice to national and international clients, both individuals and legal entities, on tax law matters, participating especially in restructuring operations, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and estate planning.

Since joining Bird & Bird, I have participated in numerous company acquisitions and sales transactions, carrying out due diligence reports, which has given me extensive knowledge of transactional taxation. I have also been involved in indirect taxation issues, both national and international, as well as in tax proceedings at different stages.
